CSU Policy Prohibiting Discrimination, Harassment, Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Exploitation, Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, Stalking & Retaliation

On January 1, 2022, the CSU enacted the systemwide Policy Prohibiting Discrimination, Harassment, Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Exploitation, Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, Stalking & Retaliation. CSUDH adheres to this policy, which contains definition of prohibited conduct as well as the process for responding to complaints, including investigations, informal resolutions, and referrals.

Responsible Employee Reporting

All employees, including student employees, of CSUDH are considered to be "responsible employees," meaning that they are required inform the Office or Equity and Inclusion about all allegations of sexual harassment, sexual violence, and gender-based misconduct immediately unless you are designated as confidential (licensed therapists, doctors, and sexual assault advocates serving in these roles at CSUDH). For more information about informing the Office of Equity and Inclusion, see our Report an Incident page or contact the Office of Equity and Inclusion at equity@nnt060.com.
